RhymeBuddy ("we") turns your study notes into songs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address, username, and optional profile picture.
Content you create: the notes, text, or voice memos you turn into songs, plus the lyrics, audio, folders, and ratings saved in your library.
Payment status: whether you have an active subscription or purchase. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data such as device and browser type, used to keep the app working and secure.

To create songs from your notes using AI and to save them to your private library.
To manage your account, subscription, and access to premium features.
To improve RhymeBuddy and keep it safe. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Your library is private. A song is only visible to others if you choose to share its link.
We use trusted service providers for hosting, AI song generation, and payments. They process data only to provide these services.
Advertising measurement: when you allow it, our site loads the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies and device information (such as the ad you clicked and the pages you visit) so Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) can tell us when someone who saw our ad creates a free account and help deliver our ads to people likely to sign up. We do not send your email or name to Google or Meta. You can change your choice anytime in Cookie settings. We may disclose information if required by law.

You can edit your profile, delete songs, or cancel your subscription at any time from the app.
Visitors in the UK, Europe, Switzerland and Canada are asked before advertising cookies are used. Anyone can change or withdraw their choice at any time with the Cookie settings button on this page.
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the email below.

RhymeBuddy is designed for students. Children under 13 should use the app with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without consent.

Your data is stored securely with access controls. We keep it while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to delete your account.
